Shipping Policies

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during sales or other times where I have received high volumes of orders, processing times may be extended slightly, but I will keep you updated and get your order in the mail for you as soon as possible! 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping carriers and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We currently ship within the United States using USPS for most shipments. 

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Policy
All sales are final sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to view all photos and read all descriptions of any items the buyer plans to purchase, before placing an order. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase. Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out to me with any concerns!

If your item arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at info@fortunatebagfinds.store and I will be happy to assist you. If the item arrived damaged in the mail, photos showing the packaging, shipping label, and contents of your order will be needed, so please retain all of these items even if your order arrives damaged by the mailing process.
